Welcome to UndressLab. By accessing or using our AI image generation service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service.
- By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- We reserve the right to require age and identity verification (including government-issued ID) at any time.
2. User Content & Uploads
- Your Representations and Warranties: When you upload any photo or generate content, you represent and warrant that:
- All depicted individuals are adults (18+).
- You have obtained explicit, informed, written consent from every real person depicted for:
- Their likeness to be used in AI image generation.
- The resulting content to be publicly distributed or made available on our platform.
- The content to be downloaded by other users (if applicable).
- The content does not violate any laws, including laws regarding child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes/NCII), or privacy rights.
- You must not upload images of minors or non-consenting individuals under any circumstances.
- We may require you to provide proof of consent or identity verification upon request.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or upload content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, revenge porn, or any illegal material.
- Create content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical abuse.
- Market or use search terms that imply child exploitation or non-consensual activities.
- Attempt to circumvent our content moderation or safety systems.
We actively review content and reserve the right to remove any material that violates these Terms or applicable law, and to suspend or terminate your account immediately.
4. Content Moderation & Complaint Process
- All generated or uploaded content is subject to review before or after publication.
- We maintain a complaint and takedown process:
- Any user or depicted person may report content they believe violates these Terms or the law.
- We will review and respond to all valid complaints within 7 business days.
- If we determine the content lacks proper consent or is illegal, we will remove it immediately.
- Appeal & Removal Rights: Any person depicted in content may request removal. We will verify consent and, if it cannot be established or is found invalid under applicable law, remove the content promptly.
5. Intellectual Property & Licenses
- You retain ownership of the content you generate, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Service.
- Credits and subscription benefits are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments are processed through a compliant third-party crypto payment gateway (BucksBus). Funds settle on-chain directly to our merchant wallet; we never take custody of your wallet or private keys.
- You agree to comply with all applicable payment-provider rules and adult-content standards when using the Service.
7. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including failure to provide required consents or verification.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and providing notice via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
