- Content Provider Data (if applicable): When you act as a content provider or upload images for generation, we may collect identity and age verification information as required for compliance.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, personalize, and improve the AI generation service.
- Process payments and manage your credits.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations, including age verification, consent management, and adult content standards.
- Prevent illegal or prohibited use of the Service (e.g., non-consensual or underage content).
3. Data Retention
- Uploaded source photos and generated images are automatically deleted after 3 hours (or immediately upon your request).
- Generation metadata and usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for operational and compliance purposes.
- Account and billing records are kept as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
- AI Inference Providers: Source images and generation requests are temporarily sent to trusted third-party AI providers solely for processing the generation. Data is not stored by them after the request completes.
- Payment Partners: We use a compliant third-party crypto payment gateway (BucksBus) to process subscription and credit purchases. Payments settle on-chain directly to our merchant wallet; the gateway receives only the information needed to process and confirm your payment. We do not receive or store your wallet credentials or private keys.
- Legal & Compliance: We may disclose information to comply with applicable regulatory, payment-provider, or law enforcement requests, including content moderation audits.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Content Compliance & User Responsibilities (Adult Content Specific)
Since our Service involves adult-oriented AI-generated content, we maintain strict compliance with applicable adult-content and payment-provider standards:
- Age and Identity Verification: All users must be 18+. We may require government-issued ID verification for certain features or high-volume usage.
- Consent: By uploading any photo or generating content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary consents from any depicted individuals (or that the content is fully AI-generated/virtual). You agree not to upload real-person images without explicit, documented consent for depiction and distribution.
- Prohibited Content: You must not generate or upload content that depicts minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal material. We actively review and remove violating content.
- Content Removal & Appeals:
- You or any depicted person may request removal of content via our complaint system.
- We will review and respond to all complaints within 7 business days.
- If consent cannot be verified or is found invalid, we will immediately remove the content.
- Monitoring: We reserve the right to review content before or after publication to ensure compliance.
6. Your Rights
- Access, Correction, Deletion: You can view, correct, or delete your account data via the Account Settings page.
- Account Deletion: Deleting your account removes associated generation records (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Opt-out: You may request to stop certain processing by contacting support.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
